This is an amazing genuine Japanese Vintage Silk (Lining is Synthetic) Haori.
The fabric is a mid-weight Silk with a slightly puffy and lustrous finish typical of hand tied tie-dye (shibori).
This garment is hand-made and hand-stitched in the traditional way. You will see slight variations in the small cells. This is not a flaw but proof that this garment is hand tie-dyed.
This garment would be great for a special party or for special event, or even for a gorgeous wall display.
This kimono has "Shitsuke-ito"(white stitching), to keep garment neat during long periods of storage, it just gets pulled out prior to wearing.
