International shipping (from Japan)

 

We ship to the US, Canada (Ontario), UK*(over 135GBP), France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal,  Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Singapore and Taiwan. (We cannot ship to specific areas even if in these countries such as remote island, overseas territory and so on. This order will be cancelled deducting 5.0% non-refundable fee by collection agencies.).  

We may be able ship to other than these countries. Please contact.

* To UK, we can accept an order only when the total amount is over 135GBP (except postage) until further notice due to the changes to the Customs Act. Please contact us before placing an order.

-Europe / via FedEx / Estimated within 4-9 business days**

(**To Europe, sometimes it takes longer time due to customs inspection)

 

*We will dispatch your order within 3 business days and provide you the tracking number as soon as possible. Please keep watching the tracking. If the parcel doesn't arrive within 7 days of being shipped, make sure to check the tracking. Sometimes, FedEx doesn't leave a notification nor call you when they attempt delivery in your absence. If the parcel is returned because of "Unclaimed" or any other reason that you did not pay attention to receive the parcel, we reserve the right to ask you the returning and reshipping cost. 

*Items purchased on other market places cannot be combined together.

*If incorrect address is given or you request to change the shipping address to FedEx after I ship the items, correcting fee $15 is required.

*You are importing commodities from Japan. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Due to the Customs Act, we cannot accept any requests to declare different value or as a gift or arrange shipping against it.
