This is an amazing genuine Japanese Silk Haori.

The fabric is a mid-weight Silk, smooth-textured with a slightly puffy and lustrous finish typical of hand tied tie-dye (shibori).

This garment is with hand-stitched shibori patterns in the traditional way. You will see slight variations in the small cells. This is not a flaw but proof that this garment is hand tie-dyed.

This haori showcases refined Japanese craftsmanship with proportions based on classical standards. Suitable for formal occasions, cultural events, or everyday traditional wear, it also serves as a display piece thanks to its appealing fabric, colors, and details-ideal for those who value wearable heritage and interior aesthetics.

This kimono has "Shitsuke-ito"(white stitching), to keep garment neat during long periods of storage, it just gets pulled out prior to wearing.
