This is an awesome genuine Japanese Vintage Silk Haori.

The fabric is a mid-weight Silk, smooth-textured with a slightly puffy and lustrous finish typical of hand tied tie-dye (shibori).

This garment is with hand-stitched shibori patterns in the traditional way. You will see slight variations in the small cells. This is not a flaw but proof that this garment is hand tie-dyed.

This vintage shiobori haori showcases an elegant Plum blossom motif, a refined expression of Japanese artistry. The tie-dye technique highlights the flow of the design, making it both a graceful garment and a striking wall display. Perfect for those who appreciate timeless style and traditional craftsmanship.

This kimono has "Shitsuke-ito"(white stitching), to keep garment neat during long periods of storage, it just gets pulled out prior to wearing.
