This is an amazing genuine Japanese Vintage Silk Haori.
The fabric is a mid-weight Silk, smooth-textured with a slightly puffy and lustrous finish typical of hand tied tie-dye (shibori).
This garment is with hand-stitched shibori patterns in the traditional way. You will see slight variations in the small cells. This is not a flaw but proof that this garment is hand tie-dyed.
Great to wear as a traditional costume, a holiday or a dressing garment. Also perfect for an unique wall art.
There are stains on the lining as shown by the picture.
This kimono has "Shitsuke-ito"(white stitching), to keep garment neat during long periods of storage, it just gets pulled out prior to wearing.
