I would like to inform these important notification about my items before you order them.
Currently, I ship to US,Canada (Ontario), France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Singapore and Taiwan. (Except remote island, overseas territory and so on even if in these countries. I may be able ship to other than these countries. Please contact. Normally, I respond within 24 hours. If you don't receive it, check your spam box.)
To Our Valued Clients in United Kingdom: Due to the new import tax Act of UK, I can accept an order over 135GBP (except postage). Please contact prior to placing an order. I will activate the checkout system for you for a limited time.
To Our Valued Clients in EU countries: All the prices are including VAT. If the order is under 150EUR, I remit the VAT to the authority. This is obligated by the IOSS（Import One Stop Shop). If it is above 150EUR, the prices will be drop without VAT on the checkout page. In this case, the VAT is charged by the customs instead of me when you received the parcel. You can always check these on the checkout page before placing an order. (About EU VAT)
ALL ITEMS IN MY STORE ARE USED AND VINTAGE ITEMS. These are not like new mass‐produced garments in perfect condition. I always describe the defects of the items as possible but there are some minor signs of wear, not obvious defects due to the nature of used and vintage items.
ABOUT COLORS, all monitors display color slightly differently, so the color in the photos and descriptions is a guide only.
ABOUT SMELLS, these used garments and fabrics have smell of mothballs or a touch of vintage mustiness. These items are sourced from Japanese houses. The smells are normal for us but it would not be familiar with foreigners. If you are sensitive to these kind of smell, sorry, please refrain from ordering my items.
ABOUT FABRIC ITEMS, these were unpicked and cut from authentic vintage kimonos and obis in our shop. There might be some imperfections such as light stains or pinholes or light discolorations. Tears on the selvedges might be there, even carefully unpicked.
ABOUT CLEANING AND WASHING, all items are cleaned at buyer's own risk. Safe cleaning method choice is the decision of the buyer and at done their own risk.
ABOUT SHIPPING, I will dispatch your order within 3 business days and provide you the tracking number as soon as possible. Please keep watching the tracking. If it doesn't arrive in 7 days, never fail to check the tracking. Sometimes FedEx doesn't leave any notification nor call you when they deliver the parcel in your absence and bring it back to their office. If the parcel is returned because of "Unclaimed" or any other reason that you did not pay attention to receive the parcel, I reserve a right to ask you the returning and reshipping cost.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
